A cleaning method for a processing chamber and a semiconductor processing device are provided. The method comprises: cleaning the processing chamber using plasma; acquiring opening size information of a flow control valve of an exhaust assembly configured for evacuating the processing chamber; and stopping the cleaning when the opening size information meets a preset condition. In the present disclosure, the endpoint of the cleaning process for the processing chamber can be determined accurately and in real time. Once the cleaning process reaches its endpoint, the cleaning operation is stopped, thereby avoiding both insufficient cleaning and over-cleaning of the processing chamber. |

A semiconductor sputtering process equipment is disclosed. The sputtering equipment comprises a cavity, a substrate support for the wafers, a contamination shutter disk and its carrier, and its calibration mechanism. The calibration mechanism is arranged on the cavity. The contamination shutter disk is switched between a first position and a second position by the carrier. When the shutter disk is at the first position, it is away from the substrate support. The calibration mechanism adjusts the shutter disk to a preset position on the carrier. When the shutter disk is at the preset position on the carrier and the carrier drives the shutter disk to move to the second position, the shutter disk is positioned above the substrate support, and a spacing between a first central axis of the shutter disk and a second central axis of the substrate support is less than or equal to a first preset distance. |

The present disclosure provides a liquid defoaming device and a cleaning apparatus, relates to the field of semiconductor processing technology, and aims to solve a problem that a large amount of foam is mixed in a liquid in a tested pipeline. The liquid defoaming device includes: a defoaming chamber, an inner wall surface of the defoaming chamber being a rotating curved surface, a radius of an inner-wall-surface lower part gradually decreasing from top to bottom, the defoaming chamber being provided with a liquid inlet and a first drain port, the liquid inlet being disposed in an upper part of the defoaming chamber, a liquid inlet direction of the liquid inlet being parallel with a tangential direction of an inner-wall-surface upper part of the defoaming chamber, and the first drain port being located in the middle of a bottom end of the inner wall surface; and a cover, the cover being disposed on the defoaming chamber and provided with a second drain port, and the second drain port being disposed opposite to a center of a top end of the defoaming chamber. The liquid defoaming device provided in the present disclosure can improve separation efficiency and reduce a foam content in the liquid. |

The present disclosure can solve a problem that contact can be easily caused in a mating process of a gas pipeline of an existing semiconductor process equipment. |
