Zusammenfassung
A method for predictive maintenance of a device based on temperature monitoring involves creating (P1) a digital twin of the device. The method includes determining (S1) a virtual ambient temperature, VAT, by recording ambient and device temperatures when the device is not in operation, creating a model to reproduce the variation of device temperature based on ambient temperature, and calculating (S2) a relative device temperature, RDT. The method further includes calculating (S3) an additional temperature variation, DTVA, due to the device's operation, recording operational data, and training (S4) the digital twin with this data. The digital twin predicts (S5) temperature increases based on operational data, and the method predicts device temperature by adding VAT to the predicted increase. Abnormal temperatures are detected (S6) by comparing predicted and actual temperatures, identifying deviations that exceed a predefined threshold. The system includes sensors, a data acquisition unit, a processing unit, and a communication module for transmitting alerts. |
