The present invention relates to the use of a curable polymeric binder composition for the manufacture of 3D articles by an additive manufacturing process comprising applying the curable polymeric binder composition with a movable print head of multi-axis additive manufacturing device, the movable print head having a discharge nozzle for the layer-by-layer application of the curable polymeric binder composition, wherein the curable polymeric binder composition exiting from the discharge nozzle has a viscosity between 3000 and 50000 Pa·s, preferably 4000 and 30000 Pa·s, more preferably 5000 and 20000 Pa·s, wherein the viscosity is measured 5 seconds after the composition exits the discharge nozzle on a plate-plate rheometer at and a constant temperature of 20°C and 50% relative humidity.The use according to the invention enables 3D printing of thermoset materials with unprecedented flexibility and structural complexity. |

The invention relates to a two-component polyurethane composition with latent water which is suitable for printing-sleeve applications, wherein the post-curing of the cured polyurethan is improved, comprising in a first component at least one polyol; at least one drying agent and in a second component at least one isocyanate, characterized in that the first component contains latent water reversibly bound by the drying agent.Further aspects of the invention include the use of the inventive composition as an adhesive coating, in particular in printing application, a method of coating and an article obtained from said method. |

The weight ratio of the sum of the at least one liquid epoxy resin A1 and the at least one liquid epoxy resin A2 to the sum of the at least one core-shell polymer D1 and the at least one terminally blocked polyurethane polymer D2 ((A1+A2) / (D1+D2)) is from 0.75 - 3. The epoxy resin compositions have good lap shear strength and impact peel values, as well as before and after cataplasm treatment. |

Zusammenfassung
The subject of the invention is the use of a catalyst containing at least one phosphonium cation and at least one aromatic carboxylate anion for the curing of an isocyanate-functional polymer with aromatic isocyanate groups and an NCO-content based on the total polymer of 0.5 to 5 weight-% by trimerisation of the isocyanate groups, a curable composition containing catalyst and the isocyanate-functional polymer, as well as the polyisocyanurate elastomer obtained from the inventive use or the inventive curable composition. The inventive catalyst enables the preparation of polyisocyanurate elastomer with good working time at room temperature, fast curing upon heating to 80 °C, high elongation at high strength and improved dimensional stability after exposure to prolonged compression and heat. Such polyisocyanurate elastomers are particularly suitable for the use as shock absorbers for vehicles. |

Zusammenfassung
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Härter auf Basis von Isophorondiisocyanat-Oligomeren, umfassend 25 bis 70 Gewichts-% Isophorondiisocyanat-Oligomere, gegebenenfalls in Form von Umsetzungsprodukten mit mindestens einem Polyol, 25 bis 75 Gewichts-% Dimethacrylate der Formel (I), und 0 bis 30 Gewichts-% weitere Substanzen.Der Härter wird bevorzugt verwendet zum Aushärten von Polyurethan- oder Polyharnstoff-Beschichtungen. Er ermöglicht lichtstabile Beschichtungen mit niedriger Viskosität, schneller Aushärtung, hoher Festigkeit bei hoher Dehnbarkeit und ausgezeichneter Witterungsstabilität. |
