Zusammenfassung
In a safety device (200), a disconnection circuit (60) disconnects a second operation voltage line (L2), thereby disconnecting supply of drive power and a relay operation voltage from a power source, when an abnormality signal is inputted from an abnormality detector (50), with the relay operation voltage and the drive power being supplied to a safety circuit (42) through the second operation voltage line (L2) and a drive power line (L3), and resumes the supply of the drive power and the relay operation voltage to the safety circuit (42), by making the second operation voltage line (L2) electrically continuous, when the abnormality signal ceases to be inputted, with the relay operation voltage and the drive power being disconnected. The safety circuit (42) resumes the supply of the relay operation voltage to the relay circuit (32) through a first operation voltage line (L1), upon executing a cancelling operation, after the supply of the drive power and the relay operation voltage to the safety circuit (42) is resumed. |

Zusammenfassung
The static eliminator (30) and the first guide (31) are provided downstream of the transfer nip in a direction of conveyance of the sheet, and on the same side as the transfer roller (26) opposite to the drive roller (23). The follower rolling element (32) is supported by the first guide (31) to locate downstream of the static eliminator (30) in the direction of conveyance of the sheet and allow for driven rotation. The follower rolling element (32) is disposed with a center of rotation thereof located on the same side as the transfer roller (26) with respect to an imaginary travel line on which a leading edge of the sheet having passed through the transfer nip is assumed to travel under assumption of absence of the follower rolling element (32) and with a rotating surface of the follower rolling element (32) projecting to the same side as the drive roller (23) beyond the imaginary travel line. |

Zusammenfassung
A light emitting module includes a laser diode and a bracket. The laser diode has a plurality of light emitting points emitting a laser beam. The bracket has a holding hole holding the laser diode. The bracket is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of a circumferential wall part with the laser diode inserted in a light entrance hole formed in the circumferential wall part. The circumferential wall part has a protruding part protruding from the circumferential part of the light entrance hole toward the bracket. The bracket has a recessed part recessed from a circumferential part of the holding hole in a direction away from the circumferential wall part with the protruding part disposed in the recessed part receiving. A space formed between the bracket and the circumferential wall part bends in a direction opposite to the emission direction of the laser beam between the recessed and protruding parts. |

Zusammenfassung
An optical scanning device includes a polygon mirror, a mirror cover, and a position sensing portion. The polygon mirror rotates about a rotation axis extending along the top-bottom direction to reflect laser light and scans the circumferential surface of an image carrying member along a main scanning direction. The mirror cover covers the polygon mirror. The position sensing portion senses the rotation position of the polygon mirror. The mirror cover has an opening part. The opening part penetrates, along the radial direction, part of a circumferential wall part covering the polygon mirror from radially outward. The position sensing portion is disposed on the mirror cover with at least part of it disposed in the opening part. |

Zusammenfassung
The invention relates to an electrical overvoltage protection (1) with a first, second and third heat sink (2a, 2b, 2c). Furthermore, the overvoltage protection (1) comprises an electrical diode circuit which has a total of twelve Zener diodes (Z1, Z2, Z1', Z2') and is distributed over the three heat sinks (2a-2c). Each of the twelve Zener diodes is therefore arranged on one of the three heat sinks (2a-2c). Furthermore, the electrical diode circuit (3) comprises a first and a second electrical output terminal (10a, 10b). In addition, the diode circuit (3) has a first and a second subcircuit (3a, 3b), which are arranged electrically in series with one another between the two electrical output terminals (10a, 10b). The first subcircuit (3a) comprises a first, a second and a third pair of diodes (4a, 4b, 4c), which are arranged electrically in parallel with one another. Each of the three diode pairs (4a, 4b, 4c) has a first and a second Zener diode (Z1, Z2). The two Zener diodes are arranged electrically in series with each other. In each case, a phase input connection (X, Y, Z) is arranged between a first (Z1) Zener diode and the associated second Zener diode (Z2). The second subcircuit (3b) comprises a fourth, a fifth and a sixth pair of diodes (4d, 4e, 4f), which are arranged electrically parallel to each other. Each of the three diode pairs (4d, 4e, 4f) has a first and a second Zener diode (Z1, Z2). The two Zener diodes are arranged electrically in series with each other. In each case, a phase input connection (A, B, C) is arranged between a first and a second Zener diode (Z1', Z2'). |
