Über die Kanzlei
Guardian IP Consulting wurde 2010 von Steen Østergaard und Marc Münzer in Kongens Lyngby bei Kopenhagen gegründet und unterhält heute neben dem Hauptsitz auch ein Büro in Aalborg. Die dänische Kanzlei versteht sich unter dem Motto „Vi forenkler“ (Wir vereinfachen) als Vertrauensinstanz, die komplexe Schutzrechtsfragen in einen offenen, ehrlichen Dialog mit den Mandanten übersetzt. Neben der klassischen Patentarbeit begleitet Guardian Designanmeldungen, IP-Portfoliomanagement, Strategieberatung sowie Streitbeilegung und Litigation.
