[Solution] A nitride material expressed by a chemical formula Sc<x>Ga<1-x>N, in which x is within a range of 0.39 or more and 0.54 or less, and a length of a c-axis in a crystal structure is within a range of 4.94×10<-10> m or more and less than 5.2×10<-10> m. |
