Zusammenfassung
A method for non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring of patients. The method comprises using ultrasound to obtain a continuous blood velocity signal and continuous arterial diameter signal. The method further comprises extracting waveform features from these two signals which can be used to estimate hemodynamic parameters. A transfer function is used to convert values of a pre-defined set of waveform features into values of one or more hemodynamic parameters. To enhance accuracy, ultrasound data is acquired over a time window and an ensemble average blood velocity waveform is computed from a series of waveforms detectable in the blood velocity-time signal over said time window. |

Proposed concepts thus aim to provide schemes, solutions, concepts, designs, methods, and systems pertaining to aiding and/or improving image acquisition from an oral care device having an image capture device, the image of which may be influenced by the movement, positioning and/or applied pressure. In particular, embodiments aim to utilise data from one or more sensors to detect specific user behaviour during use of oral device. Such sensors may include pressure sensors, inertial measurement units (IMUs), or optical sensors. By analysing the data from such sensors, embodiments may, for example, effectively detect the occurrence of a predetermined user behaviour during use of oral device and, in turn, predict a preferred time to trigger image capture. In this way, improved images may be obtained. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure provides concepts for analyzing electrocardiogram (ECG) data of a subject. Specifically, a traditional prediction unit is configured to process the ECG data with a rules-based ECG interpretation model to generate first diagnostic labels indicating presence or absence of cardiac conditions. A machine learning prediction unit processes the ECG data with a machine learning-based ECG interpretation model to generate second diagnostic labels indicating presence or absence of cardiac conditions. A mapping unit determines a feature mapping describing first and second diagnostic labels associated with similar cardiac conditions. A combination unit analyzes the first diagnostic labels based on the feature mapping and the second diagnostic labels to generate output diagnostic labels indicating presence or absence of cardiac conditions of the subject. The provided concepts therefore leverage the benefits of both the rules-based ECG interpretation model and the machine learning-based ECG interpretation model to provide output diagnostic labels. Specifically, the granularity of the output of the rules-based ECG interpretation model may be maintained whilst ensuring accuracy via the output of the machine learning-based ECG interpretation model. |

Zusammenfassung
A power receiver (105) comprises a receiver coil (107) extracting power from an electromagnetic power transfer signal generated by a power transmitter (101). A variable load (511) applies modulation loading to the receiver coil (107). A data transmitter (509) transmits data symbols to the power transmitter (101) by controlling the variable load (511) to load modulate the power transfer signal during communication time intervals that are interspersed by non-communication time intervals during which no data is transmitted to the power transmitter (101). The data transmitter (509) varies the variable load (511) to apply a modulation loading pattern for each data symbol where the modulation loading pattern for each possible data symbol value is different. The data transmitter controls the variable load (511) to apply a repeating loading variation pattern during non-communication time intervals. The repeating loading variation pattern has a power spectral density differing less than 10dB from that of the modulation loading patterns and thus the spectral shapes are closely matching. |
