A staining-condition evaluation method of evaluating a staining condition for a specimen in immunostaining includes the step of applying a primary antibody to a test specimen under one staining condition (step S11), the step of applying a secondary antibody and a chromogenic substrate to the test specimen after step S11 (step S12), the step of inactivating or removing the primary antibody on the test specimen after step S12 (step S14), the step of applying a secondary antibody and a chromogenic substrate to the test specimen after step S14 (step S16), and the step of determining the propriety or impropriety of the above-described one staining condition by checking whether or not there is a stained cell in the test specimen after step S16 (step S17). This facilitates the above-described determination of the propriety or impropriety of one staining condition in step S11. |

A staining-condition evaluation method includes the step of applying a first primary antibody to a test specimen under a first staining condition (step S11), the step of capturing an image of the test specimen to acquire a first image (step S13), the step of applying a second primary antibody to the test specimen under a second staining condition (step S15), the step of capturing an image of the test specimen to acquire a second image (step S17), and the step of determining the propriety or impropriety of the first and second staining conditions in accordance with the result of detecting stained cells in each of the first and second images (step S18). In step S18, the first and second staining conditions are determined to be appropriate when cells on the test specimen are stained in a specific manner in the first image, when cells on the test specimen, different from the cells stained in the first image, are stained in a specific manner in the second image, and when the cells stained in the first image are not stained in the second image on the test specimen. |

A worker performing a maintenance operation on a substrate processing apparatus wears a smart glass and emits operation instruction by voice. The smart glass receives the voice, converts the voice into a text by voice recognition, and displays the text. The worker visually confirms the displayed text, and expresses that a confirmation result is accepted by a hand gesture when contents thereof are correct. The smart glass takes an image of the gesture of the worker and analyzes the gesture, and generates and transmits a command of operation instruction to the substrate processing apparatus only when the confirmation result is accepted. Since the smart glass displays the contents converted into the text by voice recognition and the worker confirms the contents, an erroneous operation by a wrong voice recognition can be prevented. |
