Kompensation der Festen Bewegung für Koronarangiogramme
Zusammenfassung
The invention relates to processing multiple cardiac images depicting a portion of coronary arteries within an anatomical region of interest. A respective set of lumen radius measurements is determined based on each of the multiple cardiac images and comprises multiple lumen radius measurements respectively associated with multiple locations of the portion of the coronary arteries. One or more locations of the multiple locations, at each of which at least two sets of the respective sets of lumen radius measurements all have a local or relative extremum, e.g., either a local maximum or a local minimum, are determined based on the respective sets of lumen radius measurements. Rigid-motion artifacts in the multiple cardiac images are corrected based on the one or more locations. |

Herz-Mr-Bildgebung
Zusammenfassung
The invention relates to a method for generating MR images of a patient at an MR imaging system comprising sampling a k-space with a 3-dimensional acquisition schema of k-space with 2 phase encoding directions and one read out direction. The sampling schema includes applying a sequence of inversion pulses to the patient to invert a magnetisation of the patient, wherein sampling the k space is performed with a uniform undersampling of the k space and n different EPI readout shots in the read-out direction after each inversion pulse, with n being => 5. The MR images are reconstructed based on the sampled k space. |

Bestimmung von Objektbewegungsinformationen auf Basis von Zeitaufgelösten Medizinischen Bildgebungsdaten
Software & Datenverarbeitung
Zusammenfassung
For determining object motion information based on time-resolved medical imaging data, a time-resolved 3D image reconstruction (4) representing an imaged object (6) during an imaging period is received. A first amplitude of a motion of a first region of interest in the time-resolved 3D image reconstruction (4), which corresponds to a surface region (7) on a surface of the object (6), as a function of time during the imaging period is determined based on the time-resolved 3D image reconstruction (4). A first motion trace (5), which represents an amplitude of a motion of the surface region (7) as a function of time during the imaging period, is determined based on the first amplitude. |
