An integrated circuit is disclosed. The integrated circuit comprises a sequential logic circuit (20) and a circuit (204, 220) configured to change operation as a function of a subset of the state output signals (Q) provided by state flip-flops (202; 402) of the sequential logic circuit (20). A test circuit (300, 404, 406) is configured to determine whether a test mode signal (SCAN_MODE) is asserted and, when the test mode signal (SCAN_MODE) is asserted, write and read (TE, TI, TO) the content of the state flip-flops (202; 402) in order to test the operation of the sequential logic circuit (20).In particular, the processing system (10) comprises also at least one storage circuit (408). Each storage circuit (408) is interposed between the circuit (204, 220) and a respective state output signal (Q), wherein each storage circuit (408) is configured to receive the respective state output signal (Q) and provide a modified state signal (Q') to the circuit (204, 220). Specifically, when the test mode signal (SCAN_MODE) is de-asserted, the storage circuit (408) provides the received state output signal (Q) in a transparent manner to the circuit (204, 220) and stores the received state output signal (Q) to a storage element (4082; 4086). Conversely, when the test mode signal (SCAN_MODE) is asserted, the storage circuit (408) provides the stored state output signal (Q') to the circuit (204, 220). |

Zusammenfassung
A semiconductor substrate has a substrate trench extending from a front surface and including a lower part and an upper part. A first insulation layer lines the substrate trench, and a first conductive material is insulated from the semiconductor substrate by the first insulating layer to form a transistor field plate electrode. A gate trench in the first insulation layer defines an integral part of the first insulating layer surrounding the first conductive material in an upper part of the substrate trench. A second insulating layer lines the semiconductor substrate at the upper part of the substrate trench in the gate trench. A second conductive material fills the gate. The second conductive material forms a transistor gate electrode that is insulated from the semiconductor substrate by the second insulating layer and further insulated from the first conductive material by the integral part of the first insulating layer. |

A circuit includes a memory array with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by bit lines. A row controller circuit simultaneously actuates, through a word line driver circuit for each row, word lines in parallel for an in-memory compute operation. A column processing circuit processes analog voltages developed on the bit lines in response to the simultaneous actuation to generate a decision output for the in-memory compute operation. A bit line clamping circuit includes a sensing circuit that compares the analog voltages on a given pair of bit lines to a threshold voltage. A voltage clamp circuit is actuated in response to the comparison to preclude the analog voltages on the given pair of bit lines from decreasing below a clamping voltage level. |

Zusammenfassung
An in-memory computation circuit includes a memory array with SRAM cells connected in rows by word lines and in columns by bit lines. Each row includes a word line drive circuit powered by an adaptive supply voltage. A row controller circuit simultaneously actuates word lines in parallel for an in-memory compute operation. A column processing circuit processes analog voltages developed on the bit lines in response to the simultaneous actuation to generate a decision output for the in-memory compute operation. A voltage generator circuit generates the adaptive supply voltage for powering the word line drive circuits during the simultaneous actuation. A level of the adaptive supply voltage is modulated dependent on integrated circuit process and/or temperature conditions in order to optimize word line underdrive performance and inhibit unwanted memory cell data flip. |
