In one embodiment, a control apparatus for a carbon dioxide capturing apparatus includes a model creator configured to create a model for predicting a deterioration state of an absorbing solvent in the carbon dioxide capturing apparatus through learning, based on data regarding the carbon dioxide capturing apparatus, and a deterioration time determiner configured to determine a deterioration time of the absorbing solvent, using the model created by the model creator. The control apparatus further includes a computer configured to compute a replacement amount by which an entirety or a part of the absorbing solvent is to be replaced with a new absorbing solvent, based on the deterioration time determined by the deterioration time determiner. The control apparatus further includes a controller configured to control the carbon dioxide capturing apparatus, based on the replacement amount computed by the computer.

To provide a remote control device, a control device, a remote control system, and a control method that enable control through a network to be executed more stably. According to the present embodiment, a remote control device that processes a plurality of same signals transmitted through a network including a plurality of transmission paths includes a communicator, a control order determiner, and a control program executer. The communicator asynchronously receives the signals each associated with an identifier. The control order determiner determines whether an input value included in each of the signals is in predetermined order on the basis of the identifiers. The control program executer executes a control program of a controller using the input value when the control order determiner determines that the input value is in the predetermined order.

According to the embodiment, an interior permanent magnet rotor (30) comprises: a rotor shaft; a rotor core (10) mounted to an outer circumference of the rotor shaft; and permanent magnets (3) located inside the rotor core (10) and arranged to form one pair or a plurality of pairs with each other in a circumferential direction in each magnetic pole part. A control device according to the present embodiment is a control device configured to periodically execute control using a plurality of virtual networks, and includes a memory part, a selector, and a communicator.
