Zusammenfassung
A method for accurately positioning a component on a receiver substrate is provided, wherein the component is transferred from a donor substrate to a receiver substrate facing the donor substrate. The method comprises creating at least one nozzle at a predefined location in the area of contact between a blister forming layer on the donor substrate, and a component attached to the donor substrate by adhesion to the blister forming layer. The blister forming layer comprises at least a dynamic release layer, consisting of a dynamic release material, i.e. material that is vaporised when a laser beam of a given wavelength and flux density is directed to the donor substrate at the location of the component, from the back side of the donor substrate. The application of the laser beam thus creates a blister that contains vaporized dynamic release material. The blister expands until a nozzle is created, the nozzle allowing the vaporized dynamic release material to exit the blister and cause the release of the component and its propulsion towards the receiver substrate. The nozzle releases the material in the form of a narrow jet of gas, which improves the directionality of the transfer. |

A method for forming a semiconductor device, comprising forming a first transistor structure and a second transistor structure separated by a trench. The first and the second transistor structures comprise a plurality of stacked nanosheets forming a channel structure, and a source portion and a drain portion horizontally separated by the channel structure. A first and a second spacer is formed in the trench at sidewalls of the second transistor structures, both protruding above a top surface of the transistor structures. The method comprises applying a first mask layer including an opening exposing the first spacer at a first source/drain portion of the first transistor structure and covering the second spacer, partially etching the exposed first spacer through the opening, exposing at least parts of a sidewall of the first source/drain portion of the first transistor structure, and removing the mask layer. The method further comprises depositing a contact material over the transistor structures and the first and second spacer, filling the trench and contacting the first source/drain portion of the first transistor structure, and etching back the contact material layer below a top surface of the second spacer. |

The method further comprises forming a via hole (146) exposing the second channel portion from below, filling the via hole with a conductive material to form a second vertical interconnect structure (142), and forming a conductive structure (140) on the second vertical interconnect structure. |

A method is provided for contacting and electrically connecting at least one photovoltaic cell, the method comprising providing at least one photovoltaic cell (20;70;90), wherein said at least one photovoltaic cell comprises at least a first metal contact (21) of a first polarity and a second metal contact (22) of a second, opposite, polarity on a single surface thereof; providing a woven fabric (10;60) comprising a plurality of insulating ribbons (11), arranged in a single one of a warp direction (2) and a weft direction (3) of the woven fabric, and a plurality of conductive wires (12, 61), arranged in at least a weft direction (3) or a warp direction (2) of the woven fabric, at least in a direction different from the direction in which the plurality of insulating ribbons is arranged, wherein at least one of the plurality of conductive wires (12, 61) comprises at least a first segment (13) and a second segment (14) that are electrically isolated from each other; bringing the woven fabric (10;60) into physical contact with said surface of the at least one photovoltaic cell (20;70;90); performing a heating process to establishing an electrical connection between the first metal contact (21) and the first segment (13) and to establish an electrical connection between the second metal contact (22) and the second segment (14), wherein this heating process furthermore liquefies the plurality of insulating ribbons (11) to transform the insulating ribbons into an encapsulation layer. |
